If you are a consumer and if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to keep the products, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund. Your deadline for cancelling the order is the end of 15 days after the day on which you receive the products from us. To cancel a Contract you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. We accept unopened, resalable merchandise that is in its original condition provided it was purchased in the last 15 days. Refund is for cost of the merchandise only .Initial shipping charges are not reimbursed. If product returned in any damaged or open condition, the cost of that merchandise will be borne by the customer. All returns valued at £500 or more will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
